Culprit Cheerleading is progressive. We don’t focus on skill alone like most programs. Through our multisport backgrounds, Culprit realized the need to train cheerleading in a way that builds up the athlete’s strength alongside the skill progressions. Our cheerleading is serious and athletic.
Tumbling L1: This is an introduction to the basics of tumbling. We focus on body shapes, foundational skills, basic conditioning levels to perform tumbling.
Tumbling L2: More skill based than the first level of tumbling. We focus on the building blocks for backward tumbling as well as forward tumbling. We increase the conditioning requirement for advancement to the next level.
