Summer Schedule 2020

The much anticipated 2020 schedule is here! See below. Schedule is subject to change. Check in your app for a current schedule.

If you haven’t been to our gym yet, please schedule a free session with us to get started!

If you are continuing to social distance, we support your family’s decision! We have virtual programs available to train from the safety of your home.

Speed & Performance Training:

Ages 7-11 Foundation for Speed

  • Monday – Thursday@ 4:00 p.m.
  • Saturday @ 10:30 a.m.

Ages 12-15 Total Performance

  • Monday – Thursday@ 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday @ 11:15 a.m.

Ages 15+ Peak Performance

  • Monday –  Thursday 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday @ 12:00 p.m.

Culprit Fit Class:

Monday – Friday @ 8:45 a.m.  and   6:15 p.m.

Saturday @ 9:45 a.m.

Gymnastics:

Pre-School: Tuesday @ 4:45 p.m.

Level 1: Thursday @ 4:45 p.m.

Level 2: Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:30 p.m.

Level 3: Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:15 p.m.

Tumble:

Level 1: Monday @ 4:45 p.m.

Level 2: Wednesday @ 4:45 p.m.

Level 3: Monday/Wednesday @ 5:30 p.m.

Level 4: Monday/Wednesday @ 5:30 p.m.

Level 5 & 6: Monday/Wednesday @ 6:15 p.m.

Team Tumble: Monday- Thursday @ 7:00 p.m.
