What is the Sparta Scan?
The Sparta Platform enables a quick assessment of athletes to identify their risk of injury and what they need to work on to improve performance. Each Sparta Scan is compared to a 9+ year database and produces unique insights specific to the athlete, sport, and position.
Using the Sparta Scan, Performance Specialist Dean Haynes will program an 8-week training cycle specifically addressing the deficiencies and imbalances found by the scan.
